Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with R2 Made! We’re a small, family-run workshop, and we work hard to get your order out quickly and carefully.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • We currently ship within the United States (international shipping coming soon).

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we’ll assist in filing a claim or reshipping when possible.

Local Pickup (Optional – if you want to offer it)

If you’re local to Woodland, WA, we offer free local pickup. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready.
